ISABEL Lucas will head back to university today to support a “passion project”.
Lucas, the new face of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week, will be at La Trobe University’s open day to promote the Aspire program. “I’m really proud to be supporting the open day and students who have contributed to the community in their own way, ’’ said Lucas, known for being an environmental activist.
“It’s quite a passion project for me. I love engaging with the community and it’s a unique initiative.”
Lucas will be at the Bundoora campus from 11am. The former Home and Away beauty heads to Byron Bay now for a break before returning for MSFW, starting on August 26.
Based largely in LA, Lucas has been back spending time with family. She will appear in NBC series Emerald City and upcoming sci-fi film SFV1 alongside Kellan Lutz and Dan MacPherson.
